Company History
Sound Land Co., Ltd. was founded in 1975 and brings over four decades of experience in product development and professional OEM manufacturing. In its early years, the company focused on the R&D and production of microphones. It later entered into a joint venture with Roland Corporation in Japan to manufacture “Roland” and “BOSS” branded guitar effects pedals, digital recorders, mixers, and related audio equipment in Taiwan, establishing a strong track record in international brand manufacturing.
Beginning in 2001, the company expanded into precision equipment OEM manufacturing for Roland DG, producing computer cutting plotters, 3D engraving machines, and NC machining equipment. In 2015, Sound Land launched its own brand, Maker hart, with products marketed worldwide. In 2018, the company transitioned into an independent professional electronics OEM manufacturer, further expanding into diversified electronic product categories, including industrial computer peripherals and Bluetooth active noise-canceling headphones.
Sound Land has established a comprehensive supply chain system, integrating plastic injection molding, metal fabrication, surface treatment, and precision manufacturing resources. The company operates an in-house ERP management system, SMT and DIP production lines, and complete assembly processes to deliver one-stop manufacturing services. Certified to ISO 9001 standards, Sound Land has implemented ESD-protected production lines and a cleanroom SMT environment. It has also introduced a cloud-based product traceability system and AGV smart material handling solutions to enhance quality control and manufacturing efficiency.
